COVID19 Update

As an independent retailer during this period of uncertainty, we are working hard to ensure that our staff and our customers remain safe. We are operating our business as usual with additional precautions as guided by the Australian government, WHO, industry guidelines and what we consider to be practical in the current circumstances.

We are operating our Sydney warehouse with a modified team ensuring they have plenty of space when working and dispatching the online orders. We have also set up hygiene stations along every step of our processes to ensure your order is sent out with the utmost and extreme care.

Our domestic and New Zealand delivery partner Australia Post are all still fully operational and have also increased their hygiene standards and delivery practices to ensure that all public health and safety measures are met. This means that most parcels are delivered without a signature required on delivery and authority to leave is the default - for more information please check details for Australia Post here (

If you're expecting a package please ensure that you provide specific instructions as to where you would like us to leave the item safely for you. We are happy to include these on the outside of your packaging simply email us with your request.
